Rhubarb Pie from Grandma’s Cabinet

Found written on the inside door of Grandma (Martha Johnson) kitchen cabinet:

Rhubarb Pie

Rhubarb (slightly cooked)

1 1/2 cup sugar

Almost 1/2 cup flour

Nutmeg

Pour into crust.

425 for 15 min, 350 for 30 min

    Also put a top crust on the pie.

    I made this pie using refrigerator pie crusts and I increased the tapioca to 3 tablespoons and it came out amazingly delicious. If I ever get rhubarb again I know what I’m going to do with it.  Hey, I may even buy it on my own and make this pie again.
