Hamburger and Rice Casserole

Found on a piece of paper with United States Navy letterhead. Grandma Hull had a son who was in the Navy? It appears someone named “Pearl” gave Grandma the recipe.

Hamburger and Rice Casserole

4 cups raw rice

6 # hamburger

4 cups carrots

3 green peppers

6 big onions

6 qts milk

Mix altogether and bake. Serves 50.
